Hoover was born in the care of ITAV on April 29, 2022, as part of the Vacuum litter along with his three siblings (Eureka, Dyson and Vileda), to Mama Bissell. He was adopted at 8 weeks old and has been a little loveable dingus ever since. His legs are so short when he lays on his side his upper legs just hang in the air cause they are too little to reach the ground.
