Contest Submission Entries
- Contest is open to any adopted bully breed type dog.
- The contest will begin taking photo submissions at 8:00:00 AM (US Mountain Time) on Monday, June 3, 2024.
- There is a $20 registration fee per submission, which is considered a tax-deductible donation to SRR.
- For best online display, your image should be at least 96dpi and 1MB and clearly show your dog’s face.
- No limit on number of entries per household.
- A maximum of one dog per single photo entry, please.
- Submissions must include:
- Name of your dog
- Owner’s name
- Owner’s email address
- A brief paragraph of something fun, interesting, special about your dog. This may be shared if your dog wins.
- By submitting, you attest that you own the copyright to the image and can submit for contest purposes. If submitting a professional photo, please provide a print release authorization from the photographer/studio.
- By submitting, you acknowledge you give permission to Stella’s Rescue Rehab to use the name, story and image of your dog in future Stella’s Rescue Rehab marketing.
- All contest submission donations are tax deductible and are non-refundable.
Voting
- Voting opens at 8:00:00 AM (US Mountain Time) on Monday, June 3, 2024.
- Votes are open to the public and are $1 donation per vote. There is no minimum or maximum vote limit – so vote away!
- All entries and votes must be received by the close of the contest, at 9:00:00 PM (US Mountain Time) on Monday, July 15, 2024.

Winner Selection & Actions
- Winners will be chosen by popular vote; the top 12 dog images with most votes & 1 Judges' Choice image will secure a featured month on the calendar:
- Top vote will get the cover!
- Each subsequent month will be in order of votes achieved:
- January – second place
- February – third place
- And so forth.
- In the event of a tie, SRR will vote to break the tie and/or a month may feature two dogs.
- Top winners will be scheduled for a professional studio-style photo shoot for the calendar with Maren Sater Photography.
- Winners must agree to come on site for the shoot on one of the following dates:
- i. Saturday, September 7th
- ii. Saturday, September 15th
- Photoshoot will be held at a private residence, in Phoenix, AZ.
- Photoshoot must be completed by September 15th to ensure time for print production of the calendar.
- If you cannot make one of the dates or transport your dog to the shoot location, we will choose the next highest vote-getting dog to participate.
