The Idaho Humane Society is the largest and oldest animal welfare organization and veterinary charity in the state of Idaho. We care for nearly 13,000 local animals annually and provide many programs and services on behalf of animals, including sheltering, medical care, our Pet Food Pantry, IDAPI inmate dog-training, low-cost spay and neuter and many more.
The Idaho Humane Society is a private 501(c)3 organization that relies on donations to provide programs and services that benefit animals in Idaho. We are not affiliated with any national organization, nor do we receive operational funding from ASPCA or HSUS. We encourage our supporters throughout Idaho to donate directly to their local animal shelters, animal welfare organizations and rescue groups. The animals in your own community need your help!
