Hiking one evening in the beautiful Boise foothills, the hills turned a brilliant hue of pink from the hazy sunset, and we just had to capture Penny's joy in a photo. Her exuberant smile on this wonderful evening reminded us how far she has come, from a quivering rescue afraid of practically everything to a cheerful, playful ball of energy starting each day with a grin on her face.
