Pet's Story or Bio
Cooper was a rescue from IHS who came by way of a puppy mill in Oregon. He had already been adopted out and returned by a family who wanted a dog for their little boy. As it turned out Cooper had a fear of males. We have had him for about 8 years now and he still suffers from emotional problems but he has come a long way. I always wonder what kind of trauma he had in his early days.
