Foster Failure Fiona caught a flight with Dog is My Co Pilot headed out of Oakland, and arrived in Boise in May. She was weak, unhealthy, and was still learning to be a puppy with a previously broken arm that had not been cared for. Today, she is full blast with her 3 fur siblings and is always busy playing and bossing us around!
