Sparky is a 5-year-old, 5-pound bundle of joy who wins over every dog and every person he meets! He absolutely adores humans of all sizes and never turns down a game of fetch. But Sparky’s journey wasn’t always easy—he was on death’s door when our family rescued him, and we weren’t sure if he would pull through.

Thanks to ICARE Dog Rescue, Sparky got his second chance. He arrived in rough shape, battling a severe case of mange and painful secondary infections, but with love, care, and determination, he made an incredible recovery. Now, he’s not just a survivor—he’s a foster winner and a beloved part of our family.
