Penny is an I Care alumni. She was rescued from a hoarding situation and was adopted by us shortly after we lost our 17 year old pup Lucy. She is so smart and is the best addition to our family. We love her so much, and she has helped to patch our broken hearts after a devastating loss. She is so loving and silly, and a wonderful companion to her 11 year old pug sister Fiona.
