I adopted Axel and his brother Dobie 3 years ago. Their mom was rescued from a shelter and part of a litter of 5. Axel is the biggest momma's boy, always wanting to be next to me. He is also in charge of keeping Dobie and Joy in check when they play too rough. Because of his coloring, I call him my Golden Boy!
