Carl joined our family in April 2023 after I.C.A.R.E. rescued him from the Moreno Valley shelter. He doesn't let his fears hold him back from anything. He's very curious and loves exploring new things. We call him our TSA agent since he thoroughly sniffs everything. He is still learning to "dog" from his sister Lulu, loves going on walks at the beach, and sleeping on your lap after a day of playing. And while he might be small, he barks his arrival to let everyone know that 13 pounds of mohawked chihuahua has entered the room!
