We adopted Ellie in 2024 from I.C.A.R.E. dog rescue. She was found in a field with her furry friend and taken to the animal shelter. Ellie‘s friend was adopted, but Ellie sat in the shelter until I.C.A.R.E. came to the rescue. We saw her on the website and went to an adoption fair with our daughter who fosters for the rescue.

We felt an instant connection with Ellie. I.C.A.R.E. was so helpful with the adoption process. We can’t thank them and her foster family enough. Ellie is such a wonderful addition to our family. We love her so much as do her furry sisters, Calie and Delilah.
