Bear
A little about me...
What started out as a foster situation, quickly turned into a foster fail. Bear joined our family on 3/1/24 after being rescued by an Organzation who found him living in a cage out in a barn along with many other dogs. He showed signs of abuse and was covered in fleas and feces and was used solely for breeding purposes. His whole life thus far had consisted of living in a cage so small he couldn’t even turn around in and is having to learn how to be a dog by being around our other dog. They say, sometimes an animal comes into your life for a reason and that couldn’t be more true. After going through cancer treatment for the past year and a half, getting Bear was the rainbow at the end of a hard journey. On the day I rang the bell to symbolize being done with treatment, was the exact day Bears adoption papers were signed. Both of our journeys we had recently endured weren’t what we deserved in life but our future is looking brighter than ever now! Bear is the most gentle and sweet “tub of love” and exactly what our family needed. The first part of his life was awful but the remainder of his life will be the best!
