Monroe was discovered when someone heard a little cry from their car engine. He had traveled all the way from Ruskin to Tampa and thankfully made it without harm. As soon as I saw him I fell in love. 13 years later, he is still my partner in crime. Through highs and lows in my life, he’s been by my side. I love and cherish this guy.
