Pet's Story or Bio
We adopted Zoey from the H.S.T.B. in 10/2017. We didn't know what to expect, but we quickly found out she has a zest for life and is always wearing a smile. She has never met a stranger and she's willing to share her toys and eagerness to play when she's at the dog park or greeting friends and family at home. She ensures she greets everyone with a wagging tail, a smile in her eyes and a toy in her mouth. She is very smart, funny and vocal. She provides companionship and joy for our aging father and keeps us on our toes and we wouldn't have it any other way. We know all animals are special but Zoey is the light in our hearts. We've never had a dog like Zoey and we learn new things about her all the time, such as taking my husband's shirt and laying with it while he's away at work or bringing all her toys and laying them at our father's feet.

There are so many things to say about Zoey and how she has lifted up our lives and spirit in so many ways. To sum it up, Zoey is love, life, laughter and joy and we're grateful she's in our lives.
