Pet's Story or Bio
Winnie is a senior rescue who had been abused and abandoned when she was found, She had ever been spayed and was found to have cancer when they did the surgery. Today she rules the roost, even over Tobey the cat, another senior rescue whose original Mom had had to go into an Assisted Living facility. Tobey lost his mom, his sibling, his home, and everything that was dear to him. Shelter life traumatized him but with love and care he has become a very loving model citizen who tells us when it is time to eat, both on Pacific and Eastern time zones.
Here they are waiting for their "high value treats" of fresh chicken breast bites or steak bites. They aren't spoiled at all; they are living the lives they were meant to have and all animals deserve.
