We adopted Jack a year ago from Greenwood Animal shelter. He was heartworm positive, but we couldn't resist his little face. His "tail lights" are from his heartworm shot sites. He is healthy and energetic, a joy to be around! He loves playing frisbee, toys and long walks in the neighborhood. He even likes evening boat rides. He loves meeting new dogs and people and everyone who meets him loves him.

Please don't count out heartworm positive dogs. They are wonderful little beings who deserve a chance at life. We adore Jack and he is living his best life on the lake! He has brought us nothing but joy and filled the hollow spot losing our older dog left in our hearts.
