Ragtime Guy, my Buddy was a rescue from Humane Society. He is a love-filled Comedien, who is dog-like enjoying the water hanging out at the tub and fountain. He loves people, cats, canines, and being held, especially upside-down. Most of all he makes everyone happy. Vote for Ragtime
