Rooney was a runt born with a heart murmur and also suffered from seizures and other ailments as a small pup. Now at about 1.5 years old, she is thriving. She has boundless energy and has her tongue sticking out about 75% of the time. Rooney has helped the family through loss, and is the light we all needed.
