Charlie B. Barkin' is an ~8 year old rescue dog we adopted two and a half years ago. He went from a heartworm positive hound living on the streets of Georgia to a pampered pooch strutting his stuff around Sarasota, Florida! When we went to meet him at the rescue, I sat cross legged on the ground, he crawled right into and laid right on my lap, and I knew this dog was coming home with us. A true mutt, he's the funniest dog I know and has the biggest personality and the most musical howls. With an extensive wardrobe of bowties, bandanas, hats, and other clothes and costumes (like lederhosen and a full cowboy fit complete with boots and a lasso), he's been prepping to launch his modeling career for a while now and is hoping for it to take flight (like his ears) soon!
