A little about me...
Flapper is a six year old rat terrier - chihuahua mix (ratcha) who is a rescue dog from Mexico, having come to us as a pup from a partnership between Compassion Without Borders and the Animal Humane Society of Minnesota. We named her Flapper because one ear is always up and one ear is always down. She brings a smile to EVERYONE she meets on Clearwater Beach, especially kids and older folks who love to stop and pet her. Please vote for our baby to make it into the Humane Society of Pinellas County's 2021 calendar and help us raise money for a truly great rescue organization that needs it!
