Rules

Any animal can be entered in this competition not just HES rescues.
Submit a photo of your pets(s). Include your pet’s name(s), your name and address, and an introduction telling us a little something about your Pet. Please limit intro to 300 words or less.
All submissions must be of good digital quality to retain detail when enlarged. Entry photo must be animal only – no people. Multiple pets can appear in the picture. Optimal photo should be sized to fit on an 8.5” tall x 11” wide format.
Any photo submission which does not comply with the above rules will be disqualified by HES Calendar coordinator.
All winners will be determined by electronic vote tabulations under the supervision of GoGo Photo Contest, whose decisions are final and binding.
All entries and photographs become the property of the Humane Educational Society for any and all purposes without compensation. By submitting a photo entry, you warrant and represent that your entry is your own original work created by you and that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to your entry materials. If you submit an entry that is copyrighted by another individual, you are responsible for any legal action the copyright holder takes against you.
By participating in the Contest, entrants agree to release and hold harmless HES and the contest Sponsors and each of their respective officers, directors, representatives, volunteers and agents (the Released Parties) from and against any claims of any nature arising out of participation in the Contest or receipt or use of any prize.
The Contest is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
