- Contest begins on October 3, 2020 at 10 AM MST and ends on October 24,2020 at 8 PM MST. Entries and votes must be submitted online before October 24, 2020, at 8:00 p.m. MDT.
- Photos must have been taken at The Hudson Gardens & Event Center.
- The contest is open to entrants of all ages.
- All photo submissions and votes must be entered via the official contest site.
- Photos must be original work of the entrant and should not include copyright marks, logos, markings or photographer names on the image. Photos with standard optimization techniques will be accepted, however, heavily edited photos are not accepted.
- For a photo in which a person is recognizable, the entrant must secure a model release from the subject or, in the case of a minor, the subject's parent or guardian and provide it to The Hudson Gardens & Event Center upon request.
- Entrants retain the rights to their submitted photographs and grant The Hudson Gardens & Event Center permission to use the photographs for advertising and promotional purposes.
- All winners will be determined by electronic vote tabulations under the supervision of the contest software. Decisions on winners are final and binding.
- Any submission that contains objectionable or inappropriate content (as determined by The Hudson Gardens & Event Center in its sole discretion) will not be accepted.
- A submission to this contest indicates that the entrant has read and agrees to be bound by the contest rules and regulations. A minor child who enters this contest is deemed to have the permission of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to be bound by these rules.
