My husband was driving home from work and seen a free puppy sign in a yard. So, he pulls in and the gentleman takes him out to the barn were there are dogs and puppies running around in filthy conditions. He says she was the only pup that didn't sell from that litter and he needed her gone. She was covered in feces and scared to death. My husband couldn't leave her there so, he brought her home and with time and patience she has blossomed into a beautiful dog. I have reported incident but, they have food, water, shelter.
