Baxter and his mother and 3 siblings were dumped close to the river. A kind soul took them in and contacted “Dogs Only” rescue in Pulaski Co. I saw this baby on their website and knew he was mine! He is a “snoopy” dog! So much personality with so many different expressions. He truly “tells” me what he’s thinking -everyday. He is now 8 yrs old. My boy is the best.
