A little about our pet(s)...
Brewster (named for Punky Brewster) is a 13 year old rescue from Lost Dog and Cat Rescue Foundation of VA. She was born in the rescue and adopted at 12 weeks old, but she will try to convince you that she's lived a rough life. She is a full mutt, made up of 6+ working breeds, and she managed to get zero of the "work" genes. She prefers laying on the couch and rolling in the grass to anything resembling work (you'll get a dirty look if you tell her to fetch), but she loves every animal and human she meets and would be a great therapy dog if convinced it wasn't work. And yes, her ears are in permanent Yoda position, which seems to be when listening is "off"...she apparently inherited that part of the Husky.
