Rules

Eligible Photos: Only photos of dogs and cats are accepted. Only one entry per pet is allowed.
Eligibility: The contest is open to all pet owners over the age of 18. Pets do not need to be adopted from HSNBA to participate.
Photo Content:
- Each photo may contain only one pet.
- Photos must feature domestic pets only—no people or wildlife.
- Photos may not be heavily filtered, excessively edited, or digitally altered beyond basic adjustments (e.g., cropping, minor brightness adjustments).
- Photos with professional photographer watermarks must include permission from the photographer for submission.
Content Restrictions: Any photograph deemed inappropriate, indecent, or obscene—at the sole discretion of the Humane Society of the New Braunfels Area—will be removed from the contest with no opportunity for a refund.
Prizes: Prizes have been pre-selected per category (viewable on the prizes page). There will be one grand prize winner, one second-place winner, and one third-place winner.
HSNBA Staff Exclusion: Employees of the Humane Society of the New Braunfels Area are not eligible to participate.
Submission Deadline: All photo entries must be submitted online by 10:00:00 PM (Central Time) on Wednesday, February 26, 2025.
Photo Usage Rights: By submitting a photo, you grant the Humane Society of the New Braunfels Area permission to use your photo for promotional purposes.
