Your Pet's Story or Bio
When I found Lacey, I was definitely not looking for another dog to adopt but when I heard her little cries coming from that dirty culvert, I knew then I was getting a new puppy. The vet said she was a German Shepherd mix and only about 4 weeks old and had I not found her when I did, she probably wouldn't have made it through the night. She was so tiny, only weighing a few pounds and could fit in the palm of my hand. That was June of 2023. Today Lacey is 100 pounds and very happy, energetic, loyal, extremely smart and so, so loving and she brings more joy to my life than I ever dreamed of and I cannot imagine my life without her. I have always had rescues, they truly make the very best pets because they know they were saved! Please adopt, don't shop!!!
