Your Pet's Adoption Story
Wendy came to us as a stray from North Carolina. Skin and bones and a bundle of nerves, she stole our hearts with her sweet personality and joy of being outdoors, and became the perfect companion for our other dog, Kady, also an HSFN alumni. Now, a few pounds heavier and a few years older, she's a happy, secure, and much loved member of our family -- even though she still barks at the scary trash can!
