Otis was rescued from HSC 4 years ago. His ears looked like someone cut them with kid scissors, he had chain marks on his legs, mange on his back and very timid. Today, he is the happiest, healthiest, friendliest rescue outcome anyone could imagine and SO insanely loved in his home and community! EVERYONE in downtown Mooresville knows this sweet boy from his regular attendance at all events possible! DNA says he is 50/50 Bulldog and American Staffordshire mix. But with his coloring, we just like to say he's our beloved little "Giraffe".
