Smalls is a star! He’s got big brown eyes that stare straight into the soul. He makes us laugh every single day! He’s feisty, quirky, bursting with love, and shows his heart on his constantly wagging tail. We rescued him from Happy Tails Rescue in September 2021 through a series of serendipitous events, and immediately recognized that he is our family’s soul dog! We think he’d be the PERFECT Top Dog for this awesome rescue dog brew can contest!
