Jane was a therapy cat for autistic adults and was displaced due to the allergies of residents and volunteers. We took her in and loved her for over a decade until she passed from cancer. She was a very sweet lap cat who was as tremendously floofy as she looks. Jane also worked as our bossy and impatient Office Manager during the WFH days of COVID, often running afoul of HR in her erratic administrative practices. Despite that, we loved her and she loved us. Oh, and just to clarify, the tongue out, “raspberry” expression was due to her missing front teeth and not her general disdain for the family. 😉
