Just look at that smile! That smile belongs on a beer can! Charlie Beagleman Cutter is a lover. He loves to play with his friends, ride in his mom and dad’s boat, nap, and help “clean the dishes.” According to Charlie, there are never enough belly scratches, and “butterfly kisses” to your face are always a great way to show how much he loves you. When Charlie isn’t busy cuddling his stuffed duck, he’s volunteering his time with his parents to help other rescue dogs find loving homes. Vote Charlie!
