Stormin Norman is a friend to all! Even cats are drawn to his underbite smile. I adopted him 10 years ago and for 10 years he’s been bringing joy to the crown city wherever he goes. He puts rescue dogs at ease so it is fitting for him to be on a can to promote helping them!
