I found Ace, it just so happened on National Dog Day in 2019, abandon in the woods. We searched for owners but soon realized he had been left and not cared for. He was just a puppy at the time (we estimated about 4 weeks old) and has brought such love and happiness into our lives since that day. Although not rescued from the HSC we still believe in rescues and have adopted many other dogs over the years.
