Bailey is such a sweet boy with so much love to give despite his rough earlier years. Bailey was rescued from the streets of Antigua and brought to NYC to receive care for his injuries and health issues. When he got to NYC, they discovered he had most likely been hit by a car as his left hip was out of its socket. He also had heart worm and needed to undergo a procedure to rid them. Despite having a rough go, he has been the sweetest boy for the last 6 years that he’s been in our family. His favorite thing to do is curl up on the couch or bed to receive lots of belly pets from whoever is willing to give them! He gets along so well with all animals and humans. We knew he would be a sweetheart when we met him at the shelter and he walked up to his and immediately put his paw out to say hello. Bailey is loving his new city, away from the bustling big apple! (He was not a fan!) Bailey has big plans to become a therapy dog and give back to others!
