Charlie is a unique little man! He’s a Teddy Roosevelt Terrier , which is a Rat Terrier with short stumpy legs. When he’s not cuddling with his 4 year old human, he’s out trying to say hi to every squirrel living in Charlotte. This little love bug deserves to be crowned top dog for donating his time as the cities pest control.
