Charlie is foster fail via Angela’s Ark and he has been through a lot in his short 3 years! Charlie was rescued after being severely attacked by an animal outside. He ended up with severe necrosis on his back and an amputated toe as a result of the unrelenting infections after the attack. He has had 4 surgeries since being rescued and you’d never know it (well, minus his 3 toes on one foot)! He is the funniest little guy with the biggest personality! He is truly grateful to have been saved!
