Phoebe spreads joy every day! She is the star of the show and photogenic without a doubt. Phoebe is a rescue terrier shih tzu mix who loves giving kisses, snuggling and welcoming (barking at) delivery trucks in her neighborhood. Her dream of being the face of Rescue Brew comes from her love of treats and spending time with her puppy and human pals at different watering holes around Charlotte.
