Humane Society of Catawba County is a 501(c)3 non-profit animal welfare organization. Our mission is to make our community a better place by serving as an advocate for companion animals. Our vision for the future is that no adoptable animal will be euthanized in Catawba County, and that animal cruelty and inhumane treatment of animals will cease to exist.
We help homeless cats and dogs from our community find loving families through adoption at the beautiful Pat Anderson Center for Animal Adoption and Humane Education. In addition to adoption we offer low-cost spay/neuter at our on-site facility, The Foothill's Spay/Neuter Clinic, and weekly vaccine clinics to public pets.
