How we met...
My niece gave Roscoe to me. Out of a litter of four puppies, I let my mom choose one for me because she had ovarian cancer and she Was going to Baptist for treatment and she picked Roscoe. Mom passed away in the hospital and never got to see Roscoe again. So every day , I have that Wonderful memory Of my mom Making that hard decision between four precious puppies. She would have picked all of them if she could have.
