Rascal has the same energy any firefighter has when they arrive to an active four alarm fire. His loyalty is similar to the loyalty the men and women of the LA County Fire Department have of their department and the community they serve. This lil cutie loves to relax around the house, but is always ready to jump into action at the sound of the siren. Although we don't live in LA County anymore, he is always ready and willing to provide mutual aid.
