Why is your dog a hero?
Lola was found on the streets in Ventura very pregnant. She was 2 hours from being euthanized and about to give birth and thank goodness she was rescued by Foxy and the Hounds. Within hours of being rescued Lola had to have an emergency c-section because they could feel so many babies, she could have died giving birth. She had 8 babies, unfortunately 2 didn’t make it. The remaining 6 babies were adopted and no one wanted little Lola.
So I was the lucky one to pick her. We had our one year anniversary on April 2. She came to me scared of everything and underweight and now she loves to go to doggie camp several days a week and she might have to go on I diet.
