Why is your dog a hero?
Not all heroes run into danger to save a life, not all wear cool uniforms or have a cape. Some heroes wear a collar and a bow tie and only runs when he gets the zoomies. Max saved me at a time when my mental health was at a low place. Not only does he provide me with daily kisses and unconditional love, but he makes the day of those he encounters everywhere. We have elderly neighbors who keep up their daily walk just so they can stop by and say hi. He loves meeting new people and playing with kids. He’s the hero of moral support, which is a pretty big thing to be for only a 25lb guy. He may be a mini golden retriever (half golden half cocker spaniel), but he’s 100% the bestest boy anyone could ever ask for. It’s really hard to have a bad day when he’s around.
