This is a tribute to my best friend, Viper, who passed away recently, a couple weeks before Christmas. He was only 9 years old but would wake me up EVERY morning at 3:00 AM to go for a walk. He would always look like that too, with the big smile and ready to go. He'd place both front paws on my bed and look me in the face. He made me healthier and a better person by being here. He loved to chase balls and play catch, and made me look forward to the Boxer wiggle butt when coming home from work. He is sorely missed, but I thank God for allowing me to have him as part of my family.
