Malcom Jerome left for the rainbow bridge in May 2023. He was the best boy ever. Malcom was adopted in New Mexico by Kathy and Lee McConnell. Malcom helped the McConnell family with all of the fosters that came in from Houston Boxer Rescue. He never met a boxer he didn’t like. He had the most gentle and loving personality.
Malcom survived cancer of the jaw and had his lower front jaw removed. He was a trooper through all his chemotherapy and we can happily say he beat cancer! Malcom was almost 10 years old when he left us. He is definitely missed here and our house will never be the same without him.
Malcom ‘s favorite thing to do was run across the acres at full speed ahead and up the stairs. He always scared us to death doing that. We’re lucky that he didn’t break his long legs coming up the stairs. He also loved to play with stuffy‘s. It was really hard to get a stuffy away from that boy. Malcom loved to eat, and at meal time he would jump straight up in the air all fours and do Spinney‘s. He love to play hide and go seek with Mama Kathy and he loved snuggling with mama Lee. We really miss looking over at the sofa and seeing him all curled up at the end of the sofa watching us in the kitchen. We love you Malcolm Jerome McConnell the one and only.
