Rules

• Entries are $10 per horse. If you are an adoptee of a Hope for Horses horse and the entry fee is a barrier, please contact us. We have a few sponsored slots to offer, and we want to see our adopted success stories!
• You may enter more than one horse
• Use the biography section to give our fans a little fun and useful information about your horse to help them with their voting.
• You must own the full rights to any photo you submit (see Terms & Conditions)
• Contest entry fees are tax-deductible. The email acknowledgment to your online donation serves as your tax receipt.
• The winners will be determined by who receives the most votes.
• You may submit photos at any time of the contest, of course, earlier is better!
• You agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions of this contest.

• Prepare Your Photos: Camera-made digital images or digital scans of slides or prints must be uploaded as jpg or png files. Recommended file size is minimum 1MB (or minimum 900px tall or 1200px wide) for submissions. However, winning photos must provide original files of camera-made digital photos 4 MB or larger by request.
• Your photo must be high enough quality to print clearly. If the photo is grainy or of insufficient quality to print, your entry may be disqualified from the calendar.

• Contest Entry and Campaign Dates:
  Entry: 6:00:00 AM (Pacific Time) on Monday, November 7, 2022 – 9:00:00 AM (Pacific Time) on Wednesday, November 30, 2022
  Voting: 6:00:00 AM (Pacific Time) on Monday, November 14, 2022 – 9:00:00 AM (Pacific Time) on Wednesday, November 30, 2022
• Entry and Donation Fees are $10 per photo entry, and $1 for each vote
• Your photo must be of an equine. People are allowed to be in the photo. 
• You may enter multiple horses, each receiving their own votes.
• You may vote for your own horse.
• All proceeds will go to care and feed for horses at Hope for Horse
• All winners will be determined by electronic vote tabulations under the supervision of GoGoPhotoContest, whose decisions are final and binding.
• Your photo must be high enough quality to print clearly. If the photo is grainy or of insufficient quality to print, your entry may be disqualified from the calendar.
• You agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions of this contest.

By submitting any photo or information to Hope for Horses, you hereby grant to Hope for Horses and its affiliates, subsidiaries, licensees and assigns, an irrevocable, perpetual and royalty-free right to use, reproduce, edit, display, transmit, prepare derivative works of, modify, publish and otherwise make use of the submitted photo or other information in any and all media, whether now known or hereinafter created, throughout the world and for any purpose. In addition to other things, the rights granted to Hope for Horses includes but is not limited to the right to resize, crop, censor, compress, edit, feature, caption, affix logos to, and to otherwise alter or make use of the submitted photo;

By submitting any photo or information to Hope for Horses, you hereby represent and warrant that the submitted photo or information does not and shall not infringe on any copyright, any rights of privacy or publicity of any person, or any other right of any third party, and you have the right to grant any and all rights and licenses granted to Hope for Horses herein, including but not limited to all necessary rights under copyright, free and clear of any claims or encumbrances.

You acknowledge and agree that Hope for Horses shall have no obligation to post, display or otherwise make publicly available any photo or information submitted by you, and may, in its sole and unfettered discretion, remove, edit, modify or delete any photo or information that you submit to Hope for Horses.

You understand and intend that any photo or information submitted by you to Hope for Horses may be available for viewing, rating, review and comment on by the public, and understand that comments or ratings with which you disagree or are unhappy about may be published or otherwise become associated with any photo or information you submit to Hope for Horses. By submitting any photo or information to Hope for Horses, you hereby waive any privacy expectations that you may have with respect to any such photo or information submitted by you to Hope for Horses.

By participating in the Contest, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Hope for Horses Rescue and each of their respective officers, directors, representatives, volunteers and agents (the Released Parties) from and against any claims of any nature arising out of participation in the Contest or receipt or use of any prize.
