Hope Animal Rescue is a 501(c)3 nonprofit rescue dedicated to improving the lives of stray and abandoned animals in North Carolina. We promote compassionate and humane treatment of animals through the rescue, sterilization, foster care and adoption of homeless dogs and cats.
