Heidi (aka Beckett) is an adorable, cute, tri-colored, rat terrier/chihuahua, who was adopted as a puppy from Hope Animal Rescue in January 2015. Here she is at her favorite haunt, our local dog park. Although just under 10 pounds, Heidi is a dynamo who can outrun any other dog at the park. In an effort to 'channel' her incredible energy, I enrolled Heidi in dog agility classes. Heidi thoroughly enjoys and excels at dog agility, given her incredibly high energy level, insatiable curiosity, and her unabashed intrepid nature! Heidi also loves playing gently with neighborhood cats, our household guinea pigs, and loves belly rubs. Heidi's tail NEVER stops wagging and my beloved rescue has helped me rediscover my 'inner child' at age 60!
