A day in my life...
When I wake up, I wiggle up to my humans and snuggle them awake! That’s the best way to start a day! If I slide on my back they rub my belly and it makes me so happy! We live in the forest, I have the biggest yard and I’m such a good girl they take me on adventures, sometimes with no leash, cause they know I’d never leave them! Right behind our home we have a creek I get to play in! I’m supposed to not go alone but sometimes I sneak off, but the trick about being sneaky is if you run home when mama calls you don’t even get in trouble really! I find lots of frogs, fish, and turtles in that creek, and I try to play tag but they never seem to want to play back. I like to climb on the logs to test my balance, sometimes it’s slippery and I fall, but it doesn’t even hurt cause it makes my humans giggle! I love to play with my humans outside in the leaves, snow, and flowers but summer time is my most favorite because Mama and my girl are usually home.. and even when they go places I get to go too! They take me to the big beach, I can hop in the waves there and that makes my humans giggle too! At home Dad gets upset when I dig.. but at the beach they told me I can make the biggest holes, they even help me! It’s the most fun ever! I was at Homeward Bound shelter when my family found me, and I’m so thankful they did!
