A day in my life...
HI! I am a one year old Dalmatian formerly known as Chica from the renowned Green Starr Dalmatian kennel in Jonesborough,TN. I am in foster care now to be formally adopted by my new people and Dalmatian brother Rocky in April. My new owners were asked to take me in due to Hurricane Helene. My home flooded and my breeder/owner died from cancer. With the help of Lane and Sara King of Memory Lane Detailing and the Melvin family in TN, I was transported to my new home and life in Manistee, MI. I never lived in a home before with a large yard. It was a whole new experience that I adjusted to fast. I love running with my 4 year old Dalmatian brother Rocky and watching the wildlife outside the windows of my new home. I enjoy twilight barking with my new neighbor dogs. I was underweight when I first came to Manistee and am working on keeping my weight up. My favorite snack is a toasted bagel with lots of cream cheese. I could eat that all day long but I need to eat my dog food and keep my weight up with healthy eating.
